What is Environmental Testing?
Environmental testing evaluates how products perform under real-world environmental conditions. Specifically, we subject products to extreme temperatures, humidity, vibration, mechanical shock, and corrosive atmospheres to identify potential failures before market launch.
For example, automotive electronics must withstand temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C while maintaining performance. Similarly, aerospace components face low atmospheric pressure at high altitudes combined with temperature extremes. Therefore, environmental testing is critical for ensuring product reliability and preventing costly field failures.
Our environmental testing lab in Bangalore conducts tests per international standards including JSS 55555,JSS5855,MIL-STD-810, IEC 60068, ISO 16750, and industry-specific requirements. As a result, manufacturers receive internationally recognized test reports for compliance verification and product validation.
